Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons chickpea flour
  • 3 tablespoons water
Optional:
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Place chickpea flour in a small bowl.
  2. Add water and stir into a thick paste.
  3. Optionally add olive oil and more water if needed.
  4. Mix altogether.
  5. Allow it to sit for at least 5 minutes before using.
  6. Add it into your favourite baking recipe as an egg replacement.
