Chickpea flour egg, compared to other plant based egg mixtures, is the best and most versatile egg replacement for a variety of recipes. It's a good source of protein and great as the gluing agent in any of your baking recipes.

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons chickpea flour
- 3 tablespoons water
Optional:
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
Instructions
- Place chickpea flour in a small bowl.
- Add water and stir into a thick paste.
- Optionally add olive oil and more water if needed.
- Mix altogether.
- Allow it to sit for at least 5 minutes before using.
- Add it into your favourite baking recipe as an egg replacement.
