All you need is a saucepan, water and brown rice to have perfectly cooked rice on your stovetop. After using this recipe, you will never again have to look at mushy rice within your saucepan.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cup brown rice
  • 2 cups water

Instructions

  1. Rinse rice with cold water.
  2. Place rice and water into a large, deep saucepan.
  3. Cook on low heat, covered, for 25 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and stand covered for 5 minutes.
  5. Serve with your favorite food.
